Association of Fishers and Lake Users of Uganda (AFALU)
The NEC is elected by the assembly and is responsible for the smooth running of the association. Its composed of the National Chairperson and Vice chairperson, the General Secretary and Assistant General Secretary the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator, the treasurer, the Secretary and Assistant Secretary for Publicity and Mobilization and the Boat crew/babaliya representative
The association has a secretariat of highly qualified staff headed by the chief executive secretary. The secretariat helps in planning and managing association activities through the leadership of the NEC.
